When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped using our Standard Delivery option typically ships within 1-3 business days from the day you place your order.
We are currently processing to ship orders for orders placed on or after May 16th
- You will be provided the carrier name and tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Orders shipped within the U.S. will arrive via the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx; the carrier is determined upon shipping.
- In most cases, your order begins processing immediately and cannot be changed or canceled unless you contact us the same business day.
- You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at help@PURILLEY.com for any requests to change product/payment method or cancel your recently placed order. Based on the status of your order, we will make every effort to assist with your request.
I forgot to redeem my offer code
We will be happy to apply the valid offer(s) to your recently placed order. Contact us right away, please contact help@PURILLEY.com and someone will respond to you within 24 hours.
*Please act quickly, the time window to update your order is very short.
Can I contact a brand directly if I have a problem with a product?
We ask that you please contact PURILLEY via email at Help@PURILLEY.com if you have a problem with any products you purchased on our site. If we need to contact a third party or brand, we can do so on our end.
Where are my products being shipped from?
All products will be shipped from Atlanta, Georgia.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
We do not yet have a brick and mortar store for customers to visit and pick up products. Please plan to have your products shipped to your physical address.
